We process orders daily, Monday through Friday. Orders received by 2:00 P.M. Central Time will be processed that day. Orders received after 2:00 P.M. will be processed the next business day. Orders received after 2:00 P.M. on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday, will be process on Monday.
We ship UPS and offer the following options:

2. Expedited 2-3 Business Days
3. Express 1-2 Business Days
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped Standard unless specifically requested by the customer.

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. Please call us at (940) 488-6268 to obtain a Return Authorization. Package the product in the original packaging with the original parts and paperwork. You will be asked to put the RA # (Return Authorization #) on the box.
All orders will be filled fromstock. If an item is not in stock, customers will be notified. No merchandise will be placed on back order.
Damaged Goods Policy:
We take care to securely and safely package all products. Items may be damaged in shipment on rare occasions. If merchandise is received in damaged condition, please contact us and we will assist you in obtaining replacement items and file claims with the carrier. A brief explanation should be given as to the condition of the packaging and the item when received.
