Do you ship to Canada?
Answer: We do not ship to Canada at this time. We ship only within the United States.

Do we ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Answer: Yes, we ship those orders priority or parcel post mail.

How can I check the status of my order?
Answer: If you provide an email address when you place your order, you should receive an email with the tracking information within a few days. If you do not receive an email, contact us and we will provide the information.

Why did you discontinue accepting VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER?
With the passage of the Dodd-Frank law by the US Congress, it has become increasingly expensive and difficult to process credit cards through the payment gateways.  Every six months we have to complete a long questionnaire about our site.  If we do not complete this questionnaire, we are penalized with additional fees.  Every 3 months we have to submit to a security scan.  Again if we do not submit the scan, we are penalized with additional fees.  

How is your site hosted and is it secure?
Our site is hosted by a third party whose only business is site hosting.  The site has been and remains secure.  The hosting service has a team that manages and tracks security issues.
